Christmas Eve

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve.  First we went to Meghan and Dan's to open presents with Owen. Then we came home and had naps before going to Christmas Eve service where Kelsey sang with her choir.  After that we went to Katie and Tim's to their Christmas Even party.  The kids got presents and lots of cookies!

These two love to do things together; color in church, eat a candle lit dinner, and read. 

 Thanks Aunt Tammie and Uncle Randy for the new jammies!!!!  Gotta read The Night Before Christmas.

Kelsey Singing

Kelsey came to realize that she knew the words to "Away in a Manger" and performed it for Grandma at her birthday party.  She is very shy in performing situations and has been working on her singing lately.  So proud of her!

Grandma's 70 Birthday and Christmas #1

We were blessed to be able to celebrate Grandma's 70th birthday with family and friends on her birthday, Saturday, Dec. 17th.  Food, icy conditions, fun, and naps all took place along with Christmas presents in the evening.  It was a whirlwind of celebrations but totally worth it to be together.

Happy Birthday Mom!!!  We love you very much!!!!!  

Thanksgiving

We went to visit the family in NC again this Thanksgiving.  The weather was perfect for playing outside.  The kids got their quality time together and the adults caught up.  Super fun time together!!!

We already know Grandpa can sleep anywhere, but for Evan this is a first.  Evan wasn't feel well and fell asleep at CiCi's for Melissa's birthday.  

Trunk-or-Treating

This past weekend we took Kelsey and Evan to Trunk or Treat at our church and the church where the kids have done weekly programs.  They enjoyed wearing their costumes over and over again.

Yes, she's carving a pumpkin in a sundress because it's 80 degrees outside.
