Sandy Point

Granpa took the kids to Sandy Point State Park on October 22nd.  The kids have loved the sandbox so much he wanted to take them to a big one.  Thanks Granpa for the pictures!!!!  The one below is of Evan on another day with his Leo at the end of naptime.  

Kids of the Kingdom and Park

Below you see the kids who were at the Halloween Kids of the Kingdom program.  Afterward Kelsey and Evan went to the park. They had a great time!!!

Trunk or Treat!!

This weekend was filled with a craft fair, a pumpkin patch, and Trunk or Treat. Grandma had a craft at our fire station on Odenton. She has 4 more coming up. If you need anything just let me know. We then took the kids to pick a pumpkin where Kelsey goes to preschool and on Sunday or church had Trunk or Treat. It was a great family fun weekend!

Outside fun!

Kelsey and Evan love to play outside in the sand box and play set. Today was a lovely afternoon so I found them there with Granpa after work. They are so cute!! Evan is repeating everything and learning more words everyday. Kelsey is working on her writing and is super creative.

Ocean City

I'm at Ocean City with my friend Kate for the Maryland teacher's conference. I was very excited we got to go to the beach.  This is my first time away from the kids where I have gone somewhere. Thanks Joan for going down to help with the kids.

One, Two....

Evan loves to count. Evan loves to count to two.  He's working on the other numbers but one, two are very clear.  Listen for yourself....

Birthday Party Weekend

 On Saturday, October 3rd we went to Ballocity for our friend Zeke's birthday.  The kids could blast balls to kids or adults down below, or fill a ball catcher to explode on everyone.  Unfortunately, we missed Nathan's birthday party due to the heavy rains, but we tried to make the best of it for Kelsey.  She was devastated when we didn't go down to see her cousins.  On Sunday she went to her friend Dean's birthday party at a gym.  Not sure the video will come out below of her swinging into the foam pit.

Colorado Visits

Our cousins from Colorado came to visit the DC area.  We got to pick them up from the airport on Saturday to spend the weekend with us and then they're staying with my parents to be closer to DC for the week. Evan really warmed up to Isabelle and the girls loved playing Barbies and play dough.  We went to the Baltimore Harbor on Sunday and walked around. Good times having family around.
