KINDERGARTEN!!!!!

Kelsey and I went to her parent teacher conference where we got to meet her teacher Ms. Kuhns.  Kelsey is very excited and was happy to share in the experience with her cousin Nathan who was up visiting from NC before he starts 2nd grade on Monday.  Mark read her "The Night Before Kindergarten" that my friend Kate got her.  Her bus stop is at the end of our street so off we all went to see her get on the bus after taking the first day pictures.  Our county does a staggered start where only part of the class goes for 1 day our of three and then they all start on Monday.  She called it her "Practice Day." Stay tuned for her real first day.

Camp Newburg

 Over the weekend of July 22nd Mark, Chad, and Scott went with Rob to see the Phillies play the Pirates in Pittsburgh for a weekend.  My friend Kate came up to see what Camp Newburg was all about and help out with the kids.  Not sure Joan and I could've done it alone, thanks Kate!!!!

Hazel and I got quality time in the morning.  There's a selfie of me to prove I was there since I always have the camera.

 The kids were all about Ms. Kate and her Cheez-Its after swimming.

The slide was a big hit for the kids, even Matthew.  Don't think Evan ever tried it.

Did I mention the horses?!?!?  The neighbors have horses that come right up to NanNan and PopPop's yard.  Unfortunately, they are only separated by a piece of string.  The kids had to be very careful.

Florida Visits and Goes to Camp Newburg

It's the time the kids were waiting for all summer.....CAMP NEWBURG!!!  This is when NanNan and PopPop take the kids for a week or more and get to spoil the kids.  Kelsey made herself sick being so excited about summertime knowing Camp Newburg was coming.  The neighbors have a large trampoline, so the kids got to use it.  We also all took a trip to Dutch Wonderland so that Hazel could ride the best ride ever, according to Grace and Kelsey, The Whip!  It did not disappoint and they all took turns riding in pairs.  Enjoy!
