Preschool Graduation

Kelsey had her preschool graduation today.  She has gone to Nichols-Bethel Preschool for 2 years now.  We absolutely love her teachers!  Grandpa even played the piano for the opening and the closing.

Wonderful Mother's Day

I had a wonderful Mother's Day with the family.  Kelsey insisted I have breakfast in bed so I could use my new plate she decorated in preschool.  We don't have trays in the house so Mark used Evan's highchair tray.  After a delicious breakfast we went to Six Flags with our friends the Shaeffers who have season tickets and could get us in for free.  It was a perfect day.  Mark, Tim, and Emily would ride a roller coaster and not have to get off because there was no one in line.  

 Evan was waiting for Kelsey on the swings and so he rode a ride by himself.  So cute!

 We also visited my godson, Xavier, my mom, and godmother Linda.  Aunt Leatha was also there, Linda's sister, and she had a very special treat for the kids.  Xavier played piano for us as well.  Thanks Linda and Paul!!!!

Art Show

Kelsey's preschool had an Art Show on May 5th where they let the kids choose their price for their artwork to be sold.  Luckily this year Kelsey priced hers at $10.  She was very proud of her art.  Yay Kelsey!

Bowie Baysox's Game

The Bowie Baysox, minor league for the Oriole's, had a Reading Night and I got free tickets for participating in the program.  Kelsey and Evan were super excited to see a baseball game and the seats were awesome.

Owen's Oriole's Game

Mark and I got to go with Meghan and Dan to take Owen to his first Oriole's game.  We've had a lot of rain but got lucky that it stopped when the game started.  The O's lost, but the seats and company were great!

Maryland Day

On April 30th we went to the University of Maryland for Maryland Day with Grandpa.  We got to see animals, trucks, and meet Sneakers the Cat for the summer reading program at the public library.  It was a little chilly, but that helped keep some of the crowds away.  Go Terps!!!
