Big Sister Bed

Tonight we had our friends Dave and Kate came over to help us switch some furniture from Kelsey's room to the baby's room and vice versa.  The baby's room is coming together, and Kelsey's needs to be a little more organized, but you can see how much she loves her new princess sheets and comforter from the grandparents.  She is so excited to sleep there tonight!

Cousins to Come

Jenelle and I took some pictures to remember how we were pregnant at the same time.  Put your bets in now with who will have their baby first.  I'm due March 6th and she's due March 18th. 

Finally 3!

Kelsey has had the joy of celebrating her birthday for 4 days.  Presents, cake, and cupcakes everyday for 4 days has made her a little confused on which is her actual birthday.  Mark and I enjoyed spending the snow day with her.  Thanks Tammie for the mini cake, which we saved for today. Meghan and Dan happened to be on Skype with us as we sang Happy Birthday and she blew out her candles.  We can officially go back to normal life after the holidays and Kelsey's birthday.  Well, I guess not normal, we have a baby to get ready for. :-)

Kelsey's 3rd Birthday Party

I sit here and blog on Kelsey's 3rd birthday while the snow is falling.  It's great to be able to spend the day with her.  Mark is working from home so he didn't have to drive home in the snow. This first blog is from Saturday, Jan. 18th which was Kelsey's birthday party at My Gym.  Mr. Terrance and Ms. Sarah did an awesome job from My Gym to celebrate Kelsey.  We had friends and family from near and far come.  All of the cousins were there from Florida and North Carolina along with friends from high school, college, and church.  Thanks to all who came to make it extra special! December in Review

Okay, after this I should be all caught up, now let's see if I can stay caught up. Here is what happened:  In December we went from snow on Dec. 10th to 60 degrees on Dec. 21st.  Mommy and Daddy got a night out and went to a Christmas party with Meghan and Dan.  Kelsey decorated cookies at her friend Josie's house and built a snowman with Emily Oh, and did I mention Kelsey and Granpa went to the Baltimore Zoo and Conservatory.  It was a fun filled month!

MyGym

Kelsey has resumed classes at MyGym.  Along with 1 class per week they have 3 times called Practice and Play where kids can play for an hour using the equipment and practice their skills.  Kelsey and I went on Friday Jan. 3rd because I was home from a snow day.  There were only 4 other kids there, so I took advantage and got some pictures of Kelsey on the equipment. 

After Christmas Festivities

We spent a few days up in PA after Christmas to hang out with the family.  During that time we went to Tiny Town in Shippensburg which was an outside light display of a tiny town.  Kelsey also got to bake cookies with NanNan and play the bells singing one of her favorite tunes.  (see video below).
